Vintage Sousaphone Solution!
There are many vintage sousaphones where the parts have become obsolete. This makes it almost impossible to get a replacement neck, screw, or bits for! We now have the answer! Simply use a torch to remove your old receiver from your sousaphone. If you aren't sure what a receiver is, it is the part where your neck inserts into the sousaphone. There is usually a scew (or a place where a screw should be) along the side. This part may have a brace soldered to it as well. DO NOT REMOVE THE BRACE! You will need to reattach it later. Next you need to buy three parts from us..... 1) Vintage Sousaphone Receiver 2) Universal Sousaphone Bits 3)Universal Sousaphone Neck
Once you have the receiver, simply solder it to your lower mouthpipe tube and eattach any braces that were once connected to it. Then you can use the universal sousaphone neck and bits. Your sousaphone will play like a dream!
We also sell tons of great mouthpieces!
